Next Come the Bees

So, lets talk bees.
Of all the livestock to add to Jingle Bells, these must be top of the list.

No?  Oh, you betcha!

Increased yields of fruit, berries and vegetables are a wonderful reason to go into the bee keeping business.
Low feed costs, another.
Honey.  Omgosh, can you imagine?
And there is plenty I can do with the beeswax once it's rendered.

But aside from all those really great, practical reasons, there is another.

There is something magical, something totally enchanting about sitting back and soaking in the sunshine and watching these little dynamos busy at work.

Can you make out the buzzy-ness in the lavender bushes?

Lets go for a close up, shall we?....

Imagine warm, natural gooey lavender scented honey straight from the comb.......
